gimp-lensfun software package provides Gimp plugin to correct lens distortion using the lensfun library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gimp-lensfun
gimp-lensfun is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gimp-lensfun package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gimp-lensfun *
You will get with gimp-lensfun package name, version, architecture and description in a table
